PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the likes as this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $300. CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) up until 12:00 midnight via smartlock for self-check in (door code will be sent at the time of your arrival) CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM (Due to the time needed to carry out our extensive cleaning protocols, we cannot cater a late check-out request) SECURITY: For safety measures, security camera is installed in the exterior of the property.
